Yesterday, was the Second Annual QC Pride Fest. The second in it’s entire history as a city. I attended last year’s festivities and was underwhelmed. This year, I worked a booth for my school’s Unity Alliance. It was a nice sunny day and everyone was in good spirits. There were many vendors, and it seemed a better turn out than the previous year. Unfortunately, the event was cut short due to a severe storm. I ended up rushing to my car just before it happened, and had to sit in my car for an hour while it passed. Today started off like any other day. I did a few things around the house and had coffee with a friend. Later in the day, the mail came and guess what? I GOT MY TORI AMOS TICKETS! I’m so excited, I could die. The Sinful Attraction Tour is sure to be an amazing, beautiful experience, just as all the other TA concerts I’ve been to. Lady Gaga has been a severe obsession of mine for about a year now. I’ve seen her in concert, I’ve watched her every move since she signed her record deal, and I proudly wear her Fame Ball t-shirt everywhere I go. I’ve already faced the fact that I’m obsessed, but rightfully so. Gaga has fashion sense, pipes, and an amazing vision.
